to remember. Our community features three group study areas on each floor and a private conference center that is open 24 hours a day to meet the demands of their busy schedule! When they have completed all assignments and are ready to take a well-deserved break, our boutique style pool with cabanas and our recreational sports field are just downstairs to help them
relax and enjoy time with their friends! More than anything, The Stack wants our residents to succeed while they are here and build friendships that will last a lifetime. We empower our residents. Do you have a Security Officer?
We do not have a courtesy officer, however we do have a 24/7 On-Call staff that you can call anytime for lock outs, noise complaints, or emergency maintenance. In the event of an emergency always call 911 first.
How is rent set up?
Your lease contract is for a set number of days with a set contract total contract value (TBC.) This TBC is divided into equal installments due on the first day of each calendar month that your lease spans. This helps you only have to remember one dollar amount as well as one consistent rent due date.
Can I hang stuff on the wall?
You are allowed and encouraged to make The Stack your home by decorating your apartment. As a rule of thumb, the hole left behind in the wall should be smaller than the eraser end of a pencil.
Can I come visit my student?
We would love for you to visit your student so you can see what it is like to call The Stack home. Our Visitor policy allows guests to stay up to 3 consecutive days without approval from the office. Any guests needing to stay longer than 3 consecutive days must have written approval from roommate(s) and office.
How are the noise levels?
The Stack values community and we encourage or residents to utilize our amenities. We also encourage all residents to follow our quiet hour policy to insure that all neighbors are also able to sleep, study, relax, in an environment that meets their needs.
Who is your internet service provider,
and what is the service like?
Our internet and cable provider is Synergy Fiber. We encourage all resident to perform and upload and download speed test at their leisure. If you ever experience any issues with cable or internet please call Synergy directly and they will help you resolve your problem!
Do you provide roommate
matching services?
Our Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager go through each and every roommate preference profile when assigning roommates to those in need. While no match is guaranteed we do strive to provide quality matches based on the information on your roommate profile from your application. You can update this profile at any time by logging in to your resident portal and clicking the down arrow next to “Hi, Name,” >> My Account >> Preferences.
Where can I park?
Our Surface Parking Lot is $25 per month and offers ample parking spaces for our residents and their guests with proper parking tags. We also have an attached parking garage for added convenience. This is optional and can be added to your lease at any time for $45 per month to provide you a guaranteed parking space. Please see the Special Provisions of our lease contract for additional policies regarding parking permits for The Stack.
Do you offer resident events?
The Stack residents are a part of our family! We distribute a monthly event calendar with events including free food, giveaways, pool parties and cookouts in the warm months, and many other events to engage our new family so they can enjoy their home and meet other residents around the community!
